Troop 7 was invited to Brother Milledge's camp along Fish Eating Creek in the wilderness preserve. Fish Eating Creek is located west of Lake Okeechobee, about a three hour drive from Miami. The Creek flows south and east and actually empties into the lake. Five adults and eight scouts went on the trip. Everyone worked on their canoeing merit badge and one scout worked on his cooking badge. The area was beautiful and a good time was had by all! We especially want to thank Brother for allowing us to experience his piece of paradise!
